Cloud Convergence was founded to develop and offer value-added broadband services
which leverage emerging rich media technologies and the growing availability
of broadband access in Brazil and other Latin American countries. The
expansion of high-speed internet access to small and medium-sized companies

to simplicity of implementation and use.
The much-touted technological convergence of voice and data and video
in the internet "cloud" is fundamental to the second and, in our opinion,
more profound wave of the internet revolution, now underway. Combined
